Return Process

  Log in to your x-plus account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to x-plus

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
